      I use the industry standard (and bloody expensive) software InstallShield, the best installer on the planet. I've done my job. So please, you must do yours and c-h-i-l-l while the best curriculum software (yes, on the planet or you earn $$$) for the learning handicapped installs itself on your eager computer!
      1. StarterFACTS+ is around 285megs big! That is a whole lot of content! -- literally, a wealth of highly practical information to install. Thus...
      2. Please, you must be patient during installation. StarterFACTS+ will take longer than probably any other software you have ever downloaded and installed. Now that is no big deal -- as long as you exercise some patience and allow the installation process to do its thing. If your computer has a light that flashes while the hard disk is working, the flashing alone will tell you good stuff is happenin'!
      3. If you are installing on a computer using Windows Vista (rather than WindowsXP), then
      you m-u-s-t right-click on the "FACTSsetup.exe" file and select "Run as Administrator" install. That simple.
      If you forget to right-click, at some point you'll have to re-start the installation process (if you are running Vista).

For $20 I will send the 280meg downloadable FACTS+ install file to you on a USB flash 'thumb' drive....

Your responsibility, however, is to do the following without error:
1. Write a check,MO, bank check to Charles Hedbring for $20.
2. Buy a 512meg or larger USB flash drive (Walmart's, $8 or less).
3. Buy a small padded brown envelope.
4. Self-address the toasty brown envelope to where you want the FACTS+ flash drive sent when I pop it in the mail.
5. Put sufficient stampage on that small, padded, brown envelope.
6. Put the tiny lil ole USB flash drive into that stamped, self-addressed, small, padded, brown envelope along with the $20 check into a slightly larger envelope.
7. Address the larger ready-to-mail envelope packet to:

      If you do it correctly, my Home Health Care Assistant will have your packet in the mail as soon as your check clears.
